Dish name: mushroom preserved sticky rice

Ingredients: sausage 150g , preserved ham 150g, scallops 50g, mushroom 5 entries, onion 1 entries, dried small shrimps 50g, sticky rice 500g


DIRECTIONS: Put sticky rice and mushroom into the water for three hours, pour the water, and tear into pieces.Slice sausage ,preserved ham ,mushroom and onion into granule, stir fry to cooked in the wokLeave some oil in the wok, leave the waterishlogged sticky rice ,add in the soup and oil when stir fry , little fire , put on the lid, until they become cooked, leave sausage ,preserved ham ,mushroom ,onion and dried small shrimps in it, and mixed to cooked.Serve immediately.
